Recent Planning Permission
1. Planning permission granted for a single storey rear extension and re-planning of the ground floor to provide extra bedroom space, extra bathing facilities and more flexible living space. The clients want to build as much of it themselves as possible so a timber framed construction was decided upon with Cedar cladding.
2. Permission granted for an extension to provide greater kitchen and dining facilities and better access to the garden. Special attention paid to retain the existing rear access and to prevent the extension from being overbearing towards the neighbouring property.
3. Planning permission granted for two ground floor extensions to the existing house plus enlarging the current garage to allow security for more cars with storage above. The style of extensions needed to blend with, and enhance the existing house, breaking down the roof form towards the neighbouring property.
