1. Planning permission granted for a single storey rear extension and re-planning of the ground floor to provide extra bedroom space, extra bathing facilities and more flexible living space. The clients want to build as much of it themselves as possible so a timber framed construction was decided upon with Cedar cladding.
2. Permission granted for an extension to provide greater kitchen and dining facilities and better access to the garden. Special attention paid to retain the existing rear access and to prevent the extension from being overbearing towards the neighbouring property.
3.The conversion of an integral garage and extension of an existing bedroom to provide a greater living accommodation. Due to the type of project it is a permitted development so only requires Building Regulations approval
