Project Management Contemporary extension
W4 Projects was responsible for the project management of this build. Planning permission had already been granted and a builder was appointed. W4 Projects was instructed to advise on building materials, interior finishes, and design, and to ensure the project was completed on time and budget.
The orientation of the kitchen was amended after reviewing how the clients would use the space. The tiles from the demolished garage were reused on the front elevation to allow the new to age quickly to match the existing.
